Eastern Dental is a 20-location dental support organization (DSO) in New Jersey. Eastern Dental provides its partner practices “with extensive operational support so they can focus entirely on treating patients, strengthening their own clinical excellence and furthering the field of dentistry.”
With each location bringing its own software and revenue cycle management processes, Eastern Dental sought an automated solution to increase operational efficiency and reduce man-hours spent on manual tasks.
